COSMO PALMIERI - President
Cosmo oversees all the building and business aspects of the company. An Austin resident since 1987, Cosmo attended Westlake High School and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas. As a Texas football letterman, he learned discipline and perseverance that have served him well since starting Sendero in 1994. Cosmo's father was Vice President of a successful construction company that built skyscrapers throughout the United States. That background fed Cosmo's interest in the construction industry and eventually, property development.

LANCE HALEY - CEO and Vice President
Lance holds a B.F.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Industrial Design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. A third-generation home-builder, Lance is in charge of the day-to-day organization of on-site construction. His presence ensures that our homes meet our exacting standards . . . and yours. Lance demands the finest in workmanship and is renowned for his innovative style and attention to detail.

BLAKE A. RUE - Chief Financial Officer
holds a BBA in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin (1996) where he was a letterman and captain of the UT Tennis Team. After graduating, Blake successfully passed all four parts of the CPA examination before entering Baylor School of Law where he was selected to the Baylor Law Review serving as Assistant Executive Editor and Notes and Comments Editor. Blake's passion for real estate and homebuilding was ignited as a partner of the Lakecliff on Lake Travis development team, which developed the Villas at Lakecliff Racquet Club and designed and built the Lakecliff Racquet Club. His legal and business expertise ensures that the highest business standards are exercised at Sendero. And that preserves the longevity of the company behind your new custom home.
