COSMO PALMIERI - President
Cosmo oversees all the building and business aspects of the company. An Austin resident since 1987, Cosmo attended Westlake High School and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas. As a Texas football letterman, he learned discipline and perseverance that have served him well since starting Sendero in 1994. Cosmo's father was Vice President of a successful construction company that built skyscrapers throughout the United States. That background fed Cosmo's interest in the construction industry and eventually, property development.

LANCE HALEY - CEO and Vice President
Lance holds a B.F.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Industrial Design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. A third-generation home-builder, Lance is in charge of the day-to-day organization of on-site construction. His presence ensures that our homes meet our exacting standards . . . and yours.
